LONG TERM CARE
We provide 24 hour skilled nursing services to meet the needs of a diverse population of residents.
HOSPICE
We contract with several area hospice agencies to provide comprehensive care for those in the end stages of life.
SKILLED REHABILITATION
In collaboration with Aegis Therapy, we are able to provide daily physical, occupational, and speech therapy in-house.
ON-SITE CLINIC
In partnership with Sleepy Eye Medical Center, we are able to provide convenient on-site clinic services at our Kraus Medical Clinic.
ASSISTED LIVING
Gil-Mor Haven is a 16-unit assisted living services apartment complex attached to Gil-Mor Manor.
MEALS ON WHEELS
Gil-Mor is proud to have partnered with Lutheran Social Services to be able to provide the Morgan Community with nutritious meals on wheels.

ABOUT US
Gil-Mor Manor is proud to have served the Morgan area for over 50 years. Our belief is that our residents come first and this is the foundation for the individualized quality care that we provide. Our residents are the center of our care plan team.
Gil-Mor Manor first opened it's doors in 1961. The Kraus Community Medical Clinic was later added, providing on-site physician services.
We completed the construction of our first ten Gil-Mor Haven Housing with Services apartments in 2010, the additional six units were completed in 2016. Then in 2021, Gil-mor Haven became an assisted living licensed provider.
