Evening/Overnight LPN or RN (Full-time or Part-time)
Sign-on Bonus: Full-time: $3,000 or Part-time: $2,000
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the LPN/RN assumes responsibility and accountability for nursing services delivered to all residents of a designated unit for one shift. The LPN/RN provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, organizes and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with staff competency and each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care. Oversees direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs during shift within scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures. Weekend coverage every third weekend rotation. Current, active license as Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse in Minnesota. RN Staff Development/RN Charge Nurse $3,000 Sign-on Bonus
The RN Educator coordinates, organizes, develops and/or conducts staff development, in-service education, and training programs for facility staff consistent with staff needs to be in compliance with state and federal regulations. The RN provides direct care, administers treatments and medications, organizes, and distributes daily assignments to direct care staff consistent with staff competency and each individual resident's comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care. Oversees direct care staff and makes decisions about resident care needs during shift within scope of clinical competence, consistent with facility policies and procedures. Weekend coverage every third weekend. Current, active license as Licensed Practical Nurse or a Registered Nurse in Minnesota. Haven Universal Aide (Full or Part-time)
$1,500 Sign-on Bonus for FT or $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for PT
The Haven Universal Workers is responsible for providing personal care and assistance in the facility and may be called upon to help residents with personal hygiene, including assistance with dressing, grooming, going to the bathroom, feeding and the giving of baths/showers and are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff. This individual assists in planning, organizing and leading crafts, baking and other activities with our tenants as well as outings with tenants. Excellent communication and team skills are needed. Laundry Aide (Part-time) $750 Sign-on Bonus
